DA, RDA or CDA -FT Dental Assistant to practice in the State of Michigan. Experience in fourhanded chair side assisting preferred. Seats and readies the patients for treatment and dismissal. Makes sure patient's health history is updated and sees that any problems are brought to the dentist's attention. Under general supervision of the dentist will be making impressions, application of topical anesthetic, instructing the use and care of dental appliances, Operation of radiographic equipment, Placement and removal of rubber dam, placement of nonmetallic temporary restorations, removing excess cement, application of anticariogenics, Mirror inspection of cavity, charting of lesions, existing restorations, missing teeth, classifications, and sizing of temporary crowns and bands along with other duties of a RDA.

Front Office RMA/CMA- Full time position. Experience preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively, have excellent interpersonal skills as well as organization and time management skills. This position is primarily for the West Branch clinic, but must be willing to work at assigned location in Sterling or Prescott also. Duties will include performing initial triage under supervision, answering phones, verifying insurance information, patient registration, data entry, maintaining appointments and customer service. Computer skills a must.

 Community Health Worker -Full time position for West Branch/Hale areas. The CHW provides assistance and increases access to resources, benefits, and health services through Outreach and education to community members.  Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred. Training for the right candidate available.

Sub RDH - Position includes covering maternity leave. Must be licensed in Michigan and able to perform all duties relating to dental hygiene. Please send a cover letter and resume for consideration.

Hygienist - (RDH) - full-time for fast-paced, busy dental office. Must be licensed in Michigan and able to perform all duties relating to dental hygiene. Please send a cover letter and resume for consideration.

Dental Receptionist - 1 full and 1 part position open. Duties include but not limited to: Greeting patients, maintaining a congenial and professional attitude, work in a cooperative manner, work with the office computer system entering patient charges, payments, adjustments, check-in, check patient insurances, collect patient charges and co-pays, prepare and balance day sheet and bank deposits, prepare patient charts and appointment schedules, and answer telephones etc.

Dental Billing Clerk - Full time. Extensive experience (minimum of 3 years) in all aspects of dental billing, and accounts receivable is preferred. This position assures that patient billing systems operate smoothly, timely and efficiently. Responsible for reimbursements, billing claims, posting payments for personal pay, insurance and EFT. Follows up on outstanding claims. Handles billing inquires from patients and/or insurance companies along with other billing clerk requested tasks.

LPN or RMA/CMA Clinical -full time position. Two positions available specifically for our Sterling Walk In Clinic Monday - Friday. Possible schedule 11a-8p with flexibility to equal 40 hours. Experience working within an outpatient medical office is preferred. General responsibility is direct patient care given within the outpatient medical office. Prepares routine patients for care delivered by the medical provider, performs laboratory work, checks in patients, obtains patient history, takes vital signs, EKG's, PFT's, Immunizations, using an electronic medical records system and assisting with medical examinations along with other related job duties. Must be licensed in the state of Michigan.

Administrative Assistant - Full time position with general responsibilities which include a variety of tasks relating to the Health Center. Answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, help with training programs, ordering office supplies, typing, faxing, scanning, organizing and copying, tracking of fixed assets and inventory, along with other regular job duties assigned. Confidential and time-sensitive materials must be handled appropriately. Must be organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize, have good computer skills and be team-oriented.

Physicians needed: Full-Time Family, Internal, and Pediatric Scope of practice Medicine.  Candidates must have the following: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school, Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and be board certified or (board eligible if a new physician).
