LMSW -full time. Must be able to obtain a MCBAP certification with in 3 years of employment and complete other required training. Two years of Social Work experience with knowledge of health and chronic conditions, evidence based guidelines, prevention, wellness, health risk assessment and patient education. 1. Provides direct social work and substance abuse counseling services to individuals and groups including screening, assessment, individualized treatment planning, and discharge planning. 2. Maintains 100% of time devoted to direct patient care, patient charting and related activities. 3. Enrolls and maintains active provider status with in billing insurances. 4. Completes assessments of the client's needs. 5. Identifies the targeted high risk and referred population within practice sites per PCP referral. Use screening tools to assess over time the mental health, educational and psychosocial needs of the patient/family. 6. Experience with Electronic Health Records. EOE

Safety and Environment of Care  Coordinator - Responsible for Safety and Environment of Care (EOC) coordination for all clinic facilities. This position will support the organization by developing, implementing, updating, and coordinating Safety and Environment of Care Programs to ensure patient and employee safety. Recommend strategies to ensure compliance with the Joint Commission, OSHA and other local, state and federal occupational safety and health standards. Ensures all clinic safety plans, policies and risk assessments are current. May have responsibilities in Emergency Management. Problem solving skills necessary as well as communication, interpersonal, leadership and team environment skills. Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Safety/EOC highly preferred.  Peds LPN - full time position available for pediatrics. Competitive wages offered. General responsibility is direct patient care given within the outpatient medical office. Prepares patients for care delivered by the medical provider, takes patient history, takes vital signs, EKG's, PFT's, Immunizations, and uses the electronic medical records system. Assists with medical examinations along with other related job duties. Must be licensed in the state of Michigan & willing to travel to the West Branch Clinic 1-2 days per week. Quality Initiative Specialist - Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Initiative Specialist will assist in designing, implementing, and managing the Quality Improvement Program for the organization.  Work collaboratively with all clinic disciplines to establish a “quality” culture.  Perform audits for quality measures, Joint Commission and HRSA standards; assist in development and implementation strategies for improvement.  Ability to work on special projects and produce reports. Must have good communication skills and work well with a team.  Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in nursing/healthcare or a combination of comparable clinical education and/or experience. EOE

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Registered or Certified to practice in the State of Michigan. Experience in fourhanded chair side assisting preferred. Seats and readies the patients for treatment and dismissal. Makes sure patient's health history is updated and sees that any problems are brought to the dentist's attention. Under general supervision of the dentist will be making impressions, application of topical anesthetic, instructing the use and care of dental appliances, Operation of radiographic equipment, Placement and removal of rubber dam, placement of nonmetallic temporary restorations, removing excess cement, application of anticariogenics, Mirror inspection of cavity, charting of lesions, existing restorations, missing teeth, classifications, and sizing of temporary crowns and bands along with other duties of a Dental Assistant. Dental Insurance Benefit Coordinator- This position will work closely with the billing department and front office staff to coordinate patient insurances. Ability to verify insurances and contact patients with insurance questions. Requires attention to detail and familiarity with electronic medical records and computer skills. Back up and assist the billing department with balances owed. Qualifications: High School Diploma. Medical or Dental insurance knowledge preferred. full or part time. EOE

Medical Billing Clerk - Join our team! Experience necessary in all aspects of medical billing preferred. Assures patient billing systems operate smoothly, timely and efficiently with the goal of maximizing legitimate reimbursements and accounts receivable levels. This position will post payments, bill claims, follow up on rejections, errors, corrections and outstanding claims. Will perform other billing functions as necessary to cover the work load functions. 340B Program Coordinator- The 340B Program Coordinator will analyze all data related to participation in the 340B drug discount program including performing routine audits, maintaining policies, procedures, and certification, and is responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of the 340B drug discount program. 3-5 years of 340B Compliance Program experience in healthcare and/or with a healthcare provider. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Bachelor of Science in business or health related field preferred. EOE

Clinical Staff Educator - Clinical RN or BSN degree highly preferred. Must have three (3) years’ recent experience in health care. Problem solving, team building, and training skills required. Must be able to establish and maintain effective, courteous working relationships with others and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  Job duties include providing day-to-day mentorship to clinical support staff and being familiar with OSHA and HIPAA. Willingness to travel to all SAHC locations required and must be computer proficient. EOE

Medical Assistant/Clinical -Full time position.  Experience working within an outpatient medical office is preferred. General responsibility is direct patient care given within the outpatient medical office. Prepares routine patients for care delivered by the medical provider, performs laboratory work, checks in patients, obtains patient history, takes vital signs, EKG's, PFT's, Immunizations, using an electronic medical records system and assisting with medical examinations along with other related job duties. Must be licensed in the state of Michigan. Must be willing to work in Sterling or Hale. EOE

Medical Assistant- Front Office - Full time. Must be able to communicate effectively, have excellent interpersonal skills as well as organization and time management skills. Must possess computer operation competencies and knowledge. Performs general front office functions including answering the phone, checking in/out patients, obtaining/verifying insurance information. Collecting payments and entering data into the practice management system. Provide initial patient triage under supervision. Position Is For a float between Sterling, Hale & West Branch locations. Customer service and computer skills a must. Certification preferred. EOE

Advanced Practitioner -  provide high quality direct patient care in the Walk In Clinic.  Effectively manage multiple clinical tasks. Skill in maintaining quality, safety and infection control standards and working well with the general public.  Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and be board certified or board eligible.
