Physicians needed: Full-Time Family, Internal, and Pediatric Medicine Physician’s
Candidates must have the following: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school, Licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and be board certified or (board eligible if a new physician).

Clinical Pharmacist: Full-Time. Michigan licensed pharmacist or ability to obtain a Michigan license within 90 days of hire. Pharm D Degree, 340 Management experience. Preferred experience includes 10 years pharmacist experience, FQHC knowledge, opening a pharmacy, knowledge of federal and state requirements, contracting with insurers/PBMs, multiple databases and sources for medical information.
